One of the only times you can find Santa Monica Pier close to empty is at 6am on a weekday. The sun struggled to breakthrough that morning, causing a beam from above effect on this image.

Often known by its initials, L.A., and nicknamed the City of Angels, Los Angeles is a world center of business, international trade, entertainment, culture, media, fashion, science, technology, and education. I call this place home. This picture was taken from the Griffith Observatory in Hollywood.

A new look at Echo Park,CA

The Los Angeles film industry was centered in Echo Park before the studios moved to Hollywood, just before World War I. This HDR rendition of Echo park really shows what this landscape is capable of. You can see why so many movies are shot in this beautiful park with downtown LA filling out the skyline.

This image is a great example as to why I've set up my blog to showcase panoramic shots. This photo was taken at the Griffith Observatory shortly after an apocalyptic like storm rolled through LA in early spring. Nowhere in LA can you find a better view of our voluptuous landscape.

What a great vacation, I got up just about every morning at 6 to see these amazing sunrises. The water was 85 degrees of the shore of Folly Beach, SC. I for sure will find my way back in this lifetime.

Traffic, traffic, traffic. Everyone hates traffic in LA. The one thing I've found it's absolutely great for is photography. It truly shows the motion and the hustle and bustle of this city.
